All the intellectual property rights related to the app, including its trademarks, copyright, and database rights, belong to Zypher Solution LLP, the owner of the app. It is important to note that the terms of use are subject to change, and users should keep checking them for any updates or changes.

In the future, we may modify the app or introduce fees for its services without prior notice. Currently, the app offers both free and paid quizzes. If we do decide to charge for the quiz or any other service, we will provide transparent information about the associated fees. Rest assured, any changes to fees will be communicated clearly to you.

Buzzinggaa is an application that offers a quiz platform, enabling users to enhance their knowledge and earn rewards simultaneously. People use the app to participate in quiz games and compete with others based on their understanding of various topics

This issue may occur at any time during the game, and Buzzinggaa will not be liable for any malfunction caused by your Wi-Fi or mobile data provider.”

If you use the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, it’s important to note that your mobile network provider’s terms of agreement will still be in effect. This means that you may be charged by your mobile provider for the duration of the connection while accessing the app or other third-party charges. If you’re not the bill payer for the device you’re using to access the app, please ensure that you have received permission from the bill payer before using it.

Buzzinggaa cannot assume responsibility for how you use the app, including ensuring that your device remains charged. In the event that your device loses power and you are unable to utilize the service, Buzzinggaa cannot be held accountable.

Regarding our accountability for your utilization of the application, it’s essential to consider that while we make every effort to keep it updated and accurate, we depend on third-party sources to provide us with information that we can make accessible to you. Therefore, Buzzinggaa cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages that you may encounter by completely relying on this app’s functionality.

At some point, it may become necessary to make updates to the app which is currently only available on Android. If you wish to continue using the app, it will be necessary to download these updates. All future updates will be subject to these terms of use, and you will be required to comply with them upon updating the app. We reserve the right to discontinue providing the app at any time, without prior notice to you. In the event of termination, unless instructed otherwise, you must cease using the app and delete it from your device, and any rights or licenses granted to you under these terms will come to an end.

Live Quiz :Rules and Regulations

1. During each game, you will receive 10 questions. You have to answer each question within 10 seconds.
2. For each question, there are 4 possible answer options.
3. You must click on the correct answer option within 10 seconds.
4. You must answer all questions correctly and within the given time limit to be considered a winner.
5. If there are multiple winners, the prize pool will be divided among them according to their ranking.
6. If there are no winners, the prize pool for that game will be added to the next game.
7. Coins can save you from being eliminated.
8. To improve your overall ranking, you should answer every question as quickly as possible.
9. Your final score will be displayed at the end of the quiz.
10. You can earn coins by watching videos as well.
11. Ensure that you have enough coins in your Buzzinggaa wallet as entry fees for paid quizzes will be deducted from your wallet.
12. To successfully complete a quiz, make sure you play all the questions until the end.

Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Bumper Quiz:

1. You need to have sufficient coins in your wallet to participate in any paid Bumper Quiz.
2. You can set reminders for upcoming Bumper Quizzes.
3. The prize pool of a Bumper Quiz will be divided among all winners based on the time they took to complete the quiz with the maximum number of correct answers. The prize money will be transferred to their Buzzinggaa Coin wallet.
4. The winner of a Bumper Quiz will be announced at the pre-determined time after the quiz has ended.
5. In case you do not have enough coins in your wallet, you can watch videos or participate in quizzes with lower entry fees.
6. It's important to maintain sufficient coins in your wallet to avoid being eliminated during the automatic entry to any quiz.

Quiz Rules

Buzzinggaa offers several sections including Cricket Quiz, Education Quiz, and General Knowledge Quiz, History Quiz and others, with multiple Quiz contests available for participation throughout the day for its users.

The following guidelines apply to Quiz Contests conducted across all sections on Buzzinggaa.

1. Every Quiz Contest has a designated Start Time and End Time, and participants are only allowed to join and participate during this specific period, as the contests are time-bound.

2. The name of each active Quiz Contest on Buzzinggaa, along with its respective Start Time, End Time, and Rank metrics, is explicitly stated for users to easily understand and access.

3. It is important to emphasize that there are no Quiz Contests on Buzzinggaa that offer Cash Prizes as rewards. Instead, all Contests provide Coins as the reward, which can later be transferred to your Paytm wallet.

4. It is worth noting that the coins mentioned in point iii are not provided for free. You can either win the coins through Coin Based Games, or we (Buzzinggaa) can provide coins to you (User) for participating. Additionally, you can watch ads to earn coins if your Buzzinggaa wallet has a low balance.

5. Let us make it clear that the coins you receive either by viewing ads or from us are non-transferrable and non-encash able. These coins are exclusively for participating in coin-based contests and cannot be added to your Paytm wallet.

6. The user will receive coins as a reward ONLY upon winning a quiz contest currently active on Buzzinggaa.

7. A large number of participants take part in each quiz contest, and a user’s rank is determined by their score based on their knowledge and the time taken to complete the quiz with the maximum number of correct answers.

8. It is essential to understand that if you want to participate in the paid quiz contest available on Buzzinggaa, you must purchase Buzzinggaa coins or earn them by watching ads or participating in free quizzes.

9. Currently, users can participate in the free quiz contest on Buzzinggaa without any cost. There are no in-product purchases required at this time, but this may change in the future, and we will provide notice accordingly.

Prize Distribution

After each game, Buzzinggaa will declare the winners, and the prize will be awarded in the form of Buzzinggaa Coins. Prior to joining any quiz contest, please review the prize matrix and participation regulations.

Buzzinggaa Coins are a virtual currency exclusively utilized for participating in quiz contests, and they will be held in the Coins wallet. At any time, you may convert these coins into cash prizes.

If the company detects any misuse or misconduct in relation to its programs, such as the Daily contest, including but not limited to participation or winning, it may take necessary actions, at its own discretion, which could involve blocking the user.

If any fraudulent activities are detected from your end that disrupt, manipulate or hinder the proper use of Buzzinggaa and its services, the company reserves the right to terminate your access to the product without prior notice.

The Company, along with its officers, directors, and employees, will not be held liable to you for any issues related to your use of this application, whether it is under contract, tort, or any other legal theory. The Company, including its officers, directors, and employees, will not be responsible for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from or in connection with your use of this app.

Refund Policy
